SMS Program Terms of Service

Dare Coffee Co (hereinafter "We," "Us," "Our") offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By opting-in to or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these terms.

1. User Opt-In The Program allows Users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting into the Program, such as through online or application-based enrollment forms. Regardless of the opt-in method you utilized to join the Program, you agree that this Agreement applies to your participation in the Program. By participating, you provide Dare Coffee Co with express written consent to send automated marketing and transactional text messages to the phone number associated with your opt-in.

2. Program Description Users who opt-in can expect to receive messages concerning the marketing and sale of coffee products, roastery events, shipping notifications, and wholesale account updates.

3. Message Frequency and Rates Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Dare Coffee Co does not charge for the Program, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider.

4. Support Instructions (HELP) For support regarding the Program, text "HELP" to the number you received messages from or email us at Info@DareCoffeeCo.com. Please note that the use of this email address is not an acceptable method of opting out of the program. Opt-outs must be submitted via the "STOP" instructions below.

5. Opt-Out Instructions (STOP) To stop receiving text messages from Dare Coffee Co, reply "STOP" to any mobile message sent from us on your mobile device. You may receive one final text message confirming your request to unsubscribe. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you opt back in.

6. Disclosure of Third-Party Sharing We respect your privacy. We will only use the information you provide through the Program to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you, if necessary. We do not share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. Duty to Notify and Indemnify If you intend to stop using the mobile telephone number that has been used to subscribe to the Program, you agree that you will notify us before ending your use of the mobile telephone number.
